If an Exhibitor leaves behind any bulk trash that is not labeled for a shipment going out or has “Hold for Collection” stickers on it as part of the Materials Donation Program, it will be deemed as trash and the Exhibitor will be charged for the removal of these items. The charges may include the following:
- Installation & Dismantle Labor
- Forklift & Rigging Labor
- Dumpster Fee
- Equipment if deemed necessary
- Cleaning Labor

Excessive Trash Removal
To remove and/or destroy any material left in the exhibitor’s booth, a 2-hour minimum cleaning labor charge will apply in addition to the dumpster fee. Any equipment or dismantle labor necessary will be charged at the retail rates. Should an Exhibitor not want to incur these charges, please be sure that your booth is completely clean, and all display materials are removed before leaving the show floor.
